Like we are consistently called out in a negative light and changes are made in a pattern-like manner that take us for a lesser player (cp nerfs, light attack nerfs, proc sets, oaken soul etc?

I don’t normally feel targeted by in-game changes, even if they directly affect my play style, but here lately it just honestly feels this way to me.
