We will be performing maintenance for patch 10.3.1 on the PTS on Tuesday at 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC).
I know I'm not the only one doing this after reading those PTS notes.

No joke this was the reason I quit back in 2019, they couldn't make their mind up, swapping between nerfing mag and buffing stam one patch then buffing mag and nerfing stam the next. It was annoying because they never let anything be.
I thought with all the changes they made, they had finally stopped, I was wrong. They still in all the years haven't grasped the concept of what makes a game successful is to listen to the player base. All the complaints were it needed to be adjusted in PvP, nobody complained about it in PvE.
So using a little brain power they would of figured out a way to do that, instead of just nerfing it period. Wrong again.
