Last night's update messed up a variety of things. For me, I'm unable to view training gear in my inventory unless I'm about to deconstruct it. The various pieces of gear will show up when I'm about to deconstruct the items, but won't show up in my inventory, they're not in my bank, etc. I turned off add-ons as per suggested by zone chat and that still didn't do the job (which wouldn't have made sense since I crafted and sent training gear to my alt account a few days ago), and that still didn't do the job.
When I expressed this in zone chat, somebody else spoke up and said they aren't able to search merchants.

Just out of curiosity , have you tried not only turning off 'add-ons' but also doing a hard client reset (totally shutdown both game & launcher ) and then rebooting/relogging that character to check again?GQManOfTheYear wrote: »Last night's update messed up a variety of things. Good question. Somebody in zone chat at the time suggested I turn addons off to see if that would work. I tried that, reloaded UI and it still didn't work. I also logged off, cleared my cache, restarted/rebooted my computer and then logged back in and that didn't resolve the problem.
As for the merchants, I didn't check for myself and beyond what I wrote here, I don't specifically know what issue she had with merchants, even though I have had an issue with scrolling down on item searches with guild traders a few weeks ago that has since been resolved.
