Accounts are linked, everything's been well and truly clicked. I've logged off and signed in again, it's been hours now.

Anyone else having issues? Is there a known solve?

    Make sure that your TESO account is connected to Amazon. My fiancé wasn't getting his drops, and after we checked it turns out his account was only linked to Twitch.

    Edit: I know you said everything is connected, but it doesn't hurt to check. Usually we only ever had Twitch drops, and for those only an ESO to Twitch connection was needed. I had to connect my Amazon too before I claimed the Prime loot.

    I saw a workaround in the german forum. Log all out, cut the connections and make the connection new to amazon - then it should work.

    Unlink and relink your Amazon account. If you are on steam, you will need to unlink and relink both Amazon and steam accounts.

    I had to un link and re link Amazon to ESO fixed the issue for me.

    Please try unlinking and relinking your Prime Gaming/Amazon account and ESO accounts. Then relog into the game. If you have tried this a few times and still don't have the rewards, please submit a ticket here.
