✭I believe the difference between Dual Wield "Attacks" and "Skills" is that it also works with your light and heavy attacks, so yeah if you're not using any Dual Wield skills you can still benefit from it.@MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work0
