Update 34 file size comparison. PC vs Console

So PC's update 34 was just about 5 gigs.
And Xbox and PlayStation update 34 file size is about 40 gigs.

What the hell is going on from a technical standpoint that makes any sense of this ?

✭✭✭Just speculating, but: could it have something to do with the fact that update 34 included accessibility mode changes? I don't play on console, but I read that the accessibility mode resembles the console UI.PC(Steam) / EU / play from Melbourne, Australia / avg ping 3900 -

✭✭The console version is a whole, it can't be updated piecemeal. My guess is that the PC has a more structured approach and there are individual files that can be updated. So smaller update because the whole thing doesn't need to be replaced.
