Billing and account issue - please help

I tried to find a way to email support, but I could not find an email address. I have a problem. I am a PLUS member. I pay for it each month and I receive the perks. The problem is that this plus membership is not associated with with the account I am logged in with now. When I look at my account info, it says that I do not have a subscription to ESO PLUS. Therefore, it seems possible that I have another account that is registered - an account that I use to renew my ESO membership and buy crowns etc - but I have no idea what that account is. How can I find out the email/username to this account? please help -
