do these style pages still drop or do I have to wait until his arms packs hit the store? I cant seem to find any reliable information about this.

✭✭✭✭They only drop when the corresponding arms pack in the store. So whatever is in there now is what's dropping.
I don't remember the last time that skoria was dropping.
There might be some on guild traders if it wasn't too long ago. But could be pricey if it was a while back.1 -
