Crit damage display?

Last time I checked crit damage was capped at 125% but despite having enough from different sources to nearly reach that, in my character sheet, my crit damage seems hard-capped at 75%. Is there something I missed?

✭✭✭✭✭You have 75% bonus crit damage. You have 50% base crit damage. That's 125% total crit damage. Pretty sure that's the reason.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.1
