Werewolf Off-Balance is bugged after update

Werewolf Roar is no longer applying Off-Balance whatsoever after patch.
This is a fairly big deal for PvP since Werewolves rely on heavy attack stam recovery in brawls.
Hope this gets fixed very quick.

    This might get fixed in a year, they ALWAYS ignore WW bugs, it is absolutly infuriating.

    Yeah, i was dueling to see how bad it was. Stam recovery is rough without it. The WW kit is designed around heavies for sustain.

    I did some testing last night with the same gear comparing some fights from before the patch to last night to see the difference and it's pretty massive. I compared the fights to previously recorded fights from the last few months.

    On average I had to heavy attack about 60-80% more to keep enough gas running to keep fighting in prolonged fights than before the patch.
    It was difficult to keep enough momentum to go on the offensive.

    Yeah this needs to be fixed ASAP. Heavy attacking off balance targets is a key aspect of werewolf sustain. Without it you gas out so fast.

    Didn't think this problem would carry over from the PTS already reported and working now on that server.

I just logged in to check the pts, and yup off balance doesn't work. On and off issue it seems because it was an issue before High Isle's release as well already reported and apparently acknowledged by a couple people from zos.

    This bug to off balance kills our heavy attack sustain and damage bonuses which are essential to werewolf! Please fix as soon as possible!

    I just tested this - Off-balance on roar still appears to be broken on the PTS as well.

    For example… I am no longer able to use any set that requires me to set a target off balance to proc the condition like Stuhn’s Favor…

    Or the brand new CP star that grants more damage to off-balance targets.

    Honestly though, I just want my heavy attack sustain working properly again.

    By the way, it's just the Deafening Roar morph. The other morph, Off Balance procs correctly.
