I want to change my username and email but an error appeared

Hello, i want to change my username and my email to another but when i try to do it, this message dont let me change:

Usernames must be 3-20 characters and consist of letters, numbers, and underscores.

Also, i have an inbox message but when i click, i dont have nothing. A ghost inbox message.

Are you trying to update your game UserID and email address or updating your forum username and email address?

I dont see the button to change the forum name.

You can change your forum name by posting your request on the pinned thread at the very top of the page. I can't help with the email address, sorry.
