ZeniMax: Please reschedule future EU maintenainces

Dear ZeniMax,

can you please reschedule futures EU maintenainces to 02:00 BST to 06:00 BST. In this time most players in EU are sleeping. This should be better for EU players and for your engineers who can do the maintenaince earlier.

Zenimax know when is possible to patch servers without impact to paying customers. This is pure ignorance. That can only US company can afford against nonUS customers. Such a shame! TESO looked like a pretty good game that is being ruined by these downtimes.

I approve this, though there is no time that would impact nobody. There are always nolifers who play during nights and people who go to work at night and come back to play during early hours. No time is perfect for everybody.

Plenty of other games have worked this out by now so i'm not sure why ZOS persist with daytime maintenance downtime for the allegedly separate EU servers.

It's not rocket science.

ZeniMax is starting the maintenainces on the EU servers somewhere between 9pm to midnight in USA. Doing them earlier would be easy for them and their engineers could go to bed earlier and would please more EU players since the maintenaince could be finished when everyone in the EU wakes up :-)

Well actually its not. Most of the people in EU wake up at arround 7-8 o'Clock in the morning and then the servers are down.

I also assume that the QUALITY of applying the patches would go up if the staff is not forced to fight sleep while patching...

Yes, thats what im thinking too and i work in IT business where i need to do maintenainces after midnight.

Are you talking about unemployed people? Because if you work getting up at around 5 is not that unusual and then you definitely don't start playing games but dress up and leave the house

Fact is, if people work or have to study then they wont be impacted if the server is down at 7AM in their timezone.

Problem for Europe however is, that we have tons of timezones. Especially if you move towards the Russian regions, the differences are quite huge. You also have to factor in, that maybe Oceanic´s and Asians play on EU as they got no own server.

We cant look at Europe only from the Western point of view where Russia doesnt seem to exist. Europe is a huge continent and not just GB, Germany and France

When I am having a day off I prefer to play until late in the night. Seeing other people post here that means that ZOS is forbidden to change the time to suggested time by OP.

Times are fine as they are. If you wake up at 7 have breakfast and a shower, get dressed and the servers are online by the time you don't go to work or school.

Well yeah, i agree that times are fine on usual work days and maybe days where the maintenaince works well. I myself like to play until early morning on free days. Well, just and idea ... nothing more.
