Once you get onto the leaderboard, losing a match will lose all of your points, and then your wins will give you +0 moving forward. This is why almost all the players are at 0 currently.
Furthermore the game is placing essentially everyone in rubedite rank after their placements, it is only taking "150" points to go from rank to rank, however you gain more than that in one victory This might be causing some weird MMR activity and be the source of the bug mentioned above.
