Ultimate: Storm Atronach doesn't work?

A lot of time when I try to put him down, I get the animation that he "crashes" into the ground, my ulti resets to 0 and then he disappears. The enemies are not getting stunned, there is no AoE dmg anymore. 
I'm curious if anyone else have this problem (for me it's around 15-20% of the time ).

Ardeni✭✭I have had no problems with the atronach. Are you sure nobody interrupts your casting? It happens to me from time to time, and then you indeed lose the ultimate even if you see the "crash".0 -

netsike✭✭✭Could it be a latency problem? It's getting annoying for me, cause playing the V4 content and try to fight against 3-4 enemies at the same time is not easy with a light armor sorcerer anymore. My baby, the Atronach is a big help in this case.

MissKiwiana✭✭✭Has never happened to me either. Only times I lose my ultimate is when I use it too late in fight esp with a boss fight and I die as soon as I've dropped him. Gah!!PC Platform all the way! Windows 10.
