For being an "accessibility" mythic, the competition for lead drops makes this one exceptionally hard to access.

Um... that is definitely enough, and for sure no one will camp them lol /S

It will be worse than Shadowfen. Because with Shadowfen leads for Harpooner's Wading Kilt the ones who farmed it were mostly end-game PvE-ers, then ones that do hardcore vet tirals.

But Oakensoul ? Literally every player farms this lol. PvE, PvP, solo play... every one.

Safe boxes? Are you [snip] kidding me?

ZoS knew this was going to be a popular item... so I guess they are just a company of trolls.

I'm disappointed that this was discovered on day 2 when I was at work. I stayed up until 1 am hoping to find it but by the time I can play tonight the 15 boxes in murkmire will probably have dozens of players camping each one. SO fun!

So basically... all normal regular people who have a job and can only play at certain hour, will have to wait for like a (at best) 1 month till stuff will return to normal (Ball group at a boss or 15 people spamming "E" over a where save box spawns is not normal).

Also... we will just have to hope that the mythic item itself is not going to be nerfed by the time it will be obtainable.... and something tells me it is gonna get wrecked pretty hard with a nerf sledge hammer...

There's still a lot of mystery surrounding this lead.

For example:

1. Some have claimed that you can get the lead without being the one to initially pick the lock - others dispute this
2. Some have claimed that the lead drops from Treasure Chests and Thieves Guild Troves
3. Some have claimed that it drops from the Miregant, as mentioned above

We need a lot more information before the true extent of this trainwreck is known.

I am actually kind of glad in a way. Gives me time to prep my build that will use this ring, while farming for other antiquity leads first.

Until we see videos or screenshots... I wouldn't believe 2 or 3. We would definitely know by now if it dropped from a boss or treasure chests, just my opinion.

Oh it's a prime candidate for a nerf if I ever saw one.

You think? To me it looks like they know all of these things, they know that they have designed a truly OP item as a way to sell the new chapter to powergamers, and they have built in a natural throttle to ensure the item remains scarce until it has been sensibly nerfed.
