Is there some way to enable subtitles for all conversations, not just when you talk directly to a NPC, but when you have to observe two NPC's speaking to each other for a quest?
Ragnarok Blackfist - Templar of the Ebonheart Pact
Ronin Wanderhome - Dragon Knight of the Ebonheart Pact
Yeah, used that for my wife. She is deaf so it comes in handy.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."
1, create a new tab in the chat window
2, disable every chat channel in the new tab except 'NPC talk'
Now you can switch to the new tab to see everything NPC's around you are saying.
This is also exactly what I did, best part is that it logs it all so when Teamspeak is too loud I can just switch to the window and read what I missed. Subtitles tend to disappear too fast and at least this way you can read back over it should you get up and leave your desk for a few minutes.
"Neither a 'Borrower nor a Lender' be." Never Forget
I think you have not been on the internet long enough until you have been rick-rolled.
