There is a huge difference. You can't spam it while fighting small grps if you somehow get even a single time kicked back or the enemy know what they're up against. You also aren't be able to just run into a zerg without an allready full ultimate, you'll just die. There just a huge difference between 0,4,34 ultimate cost. ;> Most of the qq atm comes only against sorc or emp vampires. Because they don't care the Ulti is ready at all times.

I've been Emperor multiple times and I got bite while having 4m+ AP. I demonstrated this 0ult cost on stream 2days ago while receiving items from a guildmate.

It's always cheap to post *** without any clue about real facts.

Simple fixes:
- remove the ultimate cost reduction from Vampire stages
- using mist form while carrying a scroll must drop the scroll
- let us see HP bar from players using mist form and nerf the movespeed to 50% or less
- Battle Roar passive from DK should restore HP/Magicka based on the ultimate cost AFTER reduction

If one of the devs would actually come to EU servers Dawnbreaker in the rush hours and see whats going on, thix would be fixed. We have plenty former emperors with 0 cost ultimate and even more DK's abusing Battle Roar mechanics.
Like this guy here, its on Wabbajack apparently but still, dont even need former Emperor on DK to do this crap

Still no reply from ZoS what a surprise. Keep sending them feedback people they have to start doing there job some time and at least reply to a post.
