Does completing veteran dungeon in Hard Mode or having its HM achievement, increases drop chance?

For styple page farming on last boss at dugeneons, unless they specifiy "better chance at veteran HM" is it myth that Hard mode increases chance? Or even they say if you have HM achievement it will also affect.

i believe beating a last boss on hard mode guarantees a style page drop. don't think achievements factor into drop rates

If you mean the motif pages, HM is guaranteed, there's a chance (people say 50%, but either I have really bad RNG or it's lower) on regular vet, and a miniscule chance on normal.

If you're talking about the monster helm style page, then having the HM achievement is all you need to get the increased drop chance. Note that it's still not a high chance, but higher than it is without it. You do not need to run the dungeon on HM every time and it will still drop from regular vet. The style page will also never drop on normal. Obviously, only the current helm will be available, which is currently Prior Thierric's.

Its guaranteed for one person in the group but not everyone no.

Motifs - Guaranteed in HM for all members, about 50% drop rate in veteran, about 25% drop rate in normal.

Style Pages - HM increases the chance, can run either vet or vet HM for the drop. Not guaranteed for anybody. Only the one that is currently available (usually tied to arms packs in the crown store) will drop.

It definitely 100% is NOT a guaranteed STYLE page (gold mask style) drop. I have farmed with my group of friends for all the masks. I can’t tell if hardmode even helps. We farmed Balorgh on hardmode and we got 1 page in the group within 8 tries. No not 1 page each, 1 drop total after 8 tries for it.

There was an article by ZOS when the first monster style came out (ilambris) and they said having the HM achievement increases your drop chance. You don’t have to farm it on HM but it does have to be on vet.

I’m guessing its like 5% or 10% ?? I wish they would tell us!
