[PC] Since the patch the Elite Gear Vendors in Cyrodiil is selling you level 1 gear for 20k AP each

The cost of 20k AP each to purchase level 1 gear from the elite gear vendors seems a tad bit steep... I hope this bug gets fix ASAP.

This just happened to me on Xbox server too. Just lost 200k alliance points on all level 1 gear0 -

Rogue_WolfESO✭✭✭✭Have any of you reached out to support? I had this issue this week and support has replaced the level 1 items with cp160 items. They also refunded ap on a test-buy container.0
