Unable to renew eso plus membership

When I attempt to renew my eso plus membership it just goes to an error 404 page. I am able to login to game fine and login to website but have tried multiple different browsers including my phone and desktop and get the same error page.

Are you still getting a 404 error today when trying to renew ESO Plus?
