Missing items from High Isle pre-purchase

I purchased the High Isle collectors edition today, and the only item I can find in my collections is the elk mount. The other mount, as well as the costume and armor style are missing... Does anyone know if these only become available when the chapter launches? I couldnt find that info anywhere,
