Is the card game PVP only or can you play against NPC's? Also this isn't something like duels where everyone going by is asking to play cards constantly? If so is there going to be an auto decline for the card game?

ZOS_KevinCommunity Manager@Seravi You can certainly play against NPCs or real players if you like.
