Large Aetherium Lenses Excavation

Are there 2 items to excavate for the Large Aetherium Lenses in the same excavation session? I uncovered one purple crystal and it did not light up indicating I had excavated the item.

    There's only the one,and bonus items.

    I guess there's more to excavate around the purple crystal then. I don't get the indication that I'm done with the main item and subsequently can search for bonus loot. I'll keep trying but all I get is one elongated crystal that looks complete but it's not. Hope it's not a bug.
