firstly because the public dungeons are a huge piece of fail,in my opinion.

Secondly because they made grouping and playing with my friends really really difficult (which is weird since its an mmo :D )

What don't you like about the public dungeons? Is it that the layouts are literally copied pasted, they all feature a convenient skyshard, and are camped by bots at the end 'boss'?

Grouping is difficult in ESO, but that's ok. It's a single player game. You literally never have to group with a single person unless you want to do one of the three optional instanced group dungeons!

I dont like the fact that there are 30 others running around me killing all the mobs...and bots and farmers standing around killing the boss instantly nonstop.

My last few dungeons I "completed" without killing anyone,or looting anything....
    Really not fun ,at all!

As for grouping...I bought this game with some friends to play together and have fun...but guess what....we cant, because of the phasing and silly grouping mechanics
    '
    So i cancelled...as did my friends :/

Sad really, the game is good otherwise

It's the new trend, look at SWTOR and GW2. You pay to play a poor single player game, online, with other nameless people that run by your side doing the same thing as you who you never interact with.

Who needs social interaction in an MMO know what I mean!

Firstly, the main idea of this thread is to give some feedback since their is no feedback forums. As I mentioned, I wish ZOS could collect their actions and maintain their customers.

Secondly, ZOS should care about whether a customer leave or not, simply because I might be not the only one who get the ideas.

Thirdly. please stop trolling a good intention.

Lastly, this will be my only and last answer with you.

They dont want your feedback this way. If you dont like the game leave. There is a survey when you quit. This is a customer service forum not a feedback forum. Your post is off topic and against the forum rules.

I have already unsubbed. Just playing out my "free" days.

    Why i'm unsibbing:
    * All the bugs. Seeing someone ask on zone chat "is this bugged" and everyone going: "yeah, its broken" like its OK. No, it is not OK. And when reporting a bug, you get the standard answer: "Have you tried turning it off and on again". Wow IT-Crowd flashback.
    * The questing in a group is broken. Getting out of sync with your group members, being stuck in different phases is bad enough now. How will all that work out in Craglorn, where everything is "tuned" to 4 player groups? Can you imagine being stuck out of phase with your group there?
    * Adventure zones were initially advertised as auto-scaling open raids. Now they are just another questing zone. I don't think after going through 3 factions, id be looking forward to another questing zone.
    * Forcing people to go through all 3 factions for character progression seems very "artificial" for me. Like creating content where there is none. It also ruins this games re-playability. I have leveled 2 chars and leveling the second one was a pain, just a boring repeat with no skip options for NPC dialogs (I'm talking about the case where you have to wait for 2 NPCs to finish talking before they become interactible). I don't think i'd do that for 3 factions. Not twice anyway.

If I don't like Wildstar, I'll come back, maybe.

In a point I will do the same, they have to fix the economy, to be global and not guild bound only, or at least make 2 systems work together, vendorism and guilds, who knows... Right now its hard to sell things.

They also ahve to balance things, allot of balancing. But, other than that, its not the buggy quests that bug me at all.. In fact, I dont experience many bug quests. I am one of the few, that I dont complain about buggy quests, I may report some times, but I am satisfied, I am experiencing much less bugs than others, in quests.

And when I say I may do it also, I mean for a couple of months, to give them time fix things. More like a pause.

I'm inclined to say that his 3 was a legitimate issue. As it stands Zenimax has been pretty terrible about actually acknowledging that they're looking at issues. From the useless Customer Support emails, to the major issues that have popped up on this board, only to get ignored. Feeling like the game doesn't care about you, or your issues with it is a legitimate reason to bail.

The first month of ESO is nearly ended, so is with our included game time. I guess it is a good time to give some feedback to ZOS and maybe a chance for ZOS to collect their action and change our mind to maintain.

Firstly, I love the game, maybe simply because I am TES fan. However the following issues make me have the urge to leave the game.

    1. Unplanned server down time, ESPECIALLY the lack of information/communication for the reason of downtime. Unplanned server down time is understandable, however not acceptable for a customer to pay for their consequences. As a customer, we are here to enjoy their service instead of sucking up their mess, which is not our obligation to do so. They have to compensate all the unplanned down time to us customers, however, ZOS don't give a damn about it till now.

    2. Unconcern about their EU customer. As EU customer, it hits me hard. Hard enough to think about leaving the game. We got worse lags, we got patches during holidays(in most EU countries) and so on.

    3. Lack of communication with their customer and necessary information provided. A lot of problems could be simply avoid by providing enough information and communication with/to their customers, however they simply neglected it. It feels like their customer service is a joke. No offence, their CS teem need a good training program.

Those are the main issues which affect me most. What are yours? How many bitter fruit you could swallow until you could not stand any more?

So you just mentioned what every new mmorpg goes through?
Im then guessing your a new mmorpg player since you wrote this as this was something new.

    1. Right even though unscheduled maintainance can be annoying, i rather have them do alot the first months than doing nothing.
    2. Only concern is the EU server not being in the EU. Go enjoy the summer on your holiday.
    3. I simply dont know where people are coming from. Everytime ive had an issue, ive written them an email and gotten responses within 2 hours. Even yesterday they fixed something for me.

Conclusion: Dont know where your coming from.!

I don't expect them to do anything with this feedback. It's too late now to do changes to so big parts of the game. It would be nice if there were alternative ways of leveling your VR levels, other than questing.
Right now as it is, you have to complete all quest hubs. If one of them bugs out, you are stuck on that VR rank until they fix it. I know several people who have been stuck on VR5 without any possibility to move to VR6. For more than 10 days.

    1. Taking too long to fix simple bugs

and the major reason why people are quitting is because of their customer support.

for a subscription based game, you should expect a good quality of customer support but here in ZoS, it completely sucks!

No staffs are replying, it gives the players the impression that they really do not care as long as they have your money.

I didn't have such a fun in an MMORPG for a long time, game have big potential to become one of the best RPG. For me the things that keep me playing is more than the things that will make me unsub. I like being a part of a community and a game which is in a evolving state. There are lots of things going on which i dislike but mostly expected things. I don't take desicions fast, i wait, see, consider and decide which i will do for the game also.
It is very important to be a part of this stage to feel belong, so i will stay here and show my support till the day i regret it if this day ever comes...

They have to make some changes, as DC alliance, I would love to have the chance to kill the queen in AD alliance... I would love to kill the gods of other alliances...

I dont wish to be called "member of the pact" or a servant of their queen, I found the queen very pathetic, I feel DC. AND MOST DEFINITELY, I dont want them to call me soulless anymore! I got my soul ingame at level 50!

I had a veteran quest, to destroy a kings crown, because this evil queen fears for her thrown... I saved the crown, but zarum dar (whatever he is called) he took it from me! I should give it to King Emeric instead.

Some tweaks, shouldnt heart them much, people would love it.

Great topic, and I really agree that it should've been started by Zenimax employees, because its about time they did that. Problems I see in this game:
    1. Technically, the game is semi-playable due to unacceptable lag, bugs, constant unscheduled downtimes etc.
    2. I can't play with my friends, and this is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of online game that you can play with your friends it is a single player, where you need the aid of strangers from time to time. I started with my brother, but I progressed further, and I can't even help him with most of his quests, which ruins the game for both of us.
    3. To many vampires and werewolves, simply because you can sell bites, and there are practically no downsides of becoming one. I also don't understand how the hell a vampire or a werewolf can become an emperor. It makes absolutely no sense from the game mechanics point of view, as well as lore-wise.

On top of that I would like to add my suggestions on how to make the game better:
    1. The game should adjust quests according to the group leader's progression, not individual members in the group. This way you could easily help the ones who are behind, and play together regardless of the progress. You obviously dont receive any rewards for doing quests over again, although you definitely should not desinc to different dimensions if you encounter the quest that you already completed.
    2. I am a vampire myself, although I feel there should be more downside for vampire and ww curses. It should be a curse, not a blessing, and definitely should not be so mainstream throughout the Tamriel. I run around in the 4th stage, and not even bothering about it like its a totally regular thing.

I like Elder Scrolls Online. The quests are to a large degree quite fun and the story behind them does make me laugh at times. There are some quests which have difficulty spikes that I didn't expect but okay.
Grouping has been a problem for me in this month, as I have been having difficulty playing with my friends because of phasing. So I have been mainly playing alone.
Cyrodill is fun but I find myself mildly bored after the 30th+ siege, it feels like a constant zerg battle I already experienced on GW2. There are other missions in the pvp area and I will try and do these with the guild, as they usually include behind enemy lines activity.
The constant downtime and lag is annoying but I understand it, as the game just released. I would appreciate some game time being compensated.
Overall, I won't continue my subscription for May. I will skip that month and rejoin for the end of the campaign in June.

I believe the issues is; we, the customer, adept Zos needs, or Zos adept our needs.

Isn't it much easier for them to post the general information out in a easy to find place, then answering the same question such as what happened, why the server is down to everyone by email. Sometimes it is really difficult to find information here. Considering where I am from, the answer is ZOS style, not enough information provided.

Lags are the most frustrating reason to die. I don't care if I stuck in a quest (crazy things can happen in complex questlines) for some days till a fix /patch is available but I can't understand the most stupid decision made by some xxxxx guys that propably have never played an mmorpg and place a EU Server in the states.
However, I will not cry I act. I Just changed my subscription (2days left) from 90 days to 30 days because of the said issues. I give Zenimax exactly 30 days to fix the problems. If this wont happen I will cancel the subscription permanently till I read an announcement that European Megaserver are now available in Europe and focus on some other nice games available in the market.

I hate this adage. Look, they purchased the game. That entitles consumers to expectations of the product. You don't subscribe for a coffee maker but if you buy one, you expect it to work as it was intended. No exception here. Yes, it's an online mmo, and it will have issues, but every person who bought this game has a right to *** about issues they're having with it because they bought it. Doesn't matter if the company throws in a bonus pack of filters with it or not. If they find their product is imperfect, they have a right to place a complaint. Period.

On the other hand, there is a place and time to do that. In the customer support forum is not that place.
