This set no longer grants 3737 Health, Magicka, and Stamina.
Replaced the Major Endurance, Fortitude, and Intellect with their Minor buff counterparts as these are far harder to obtain.
This set now also grants Major Brutality, Major Sorcery, Major Berserk, Major Protection, Major Force, and Major Heroism.

Good. Not having a backbar with horrible bonuses made it unusable in PvP. It is now viable and build diversity has returned. This is good.
It's not OP by any stretch, since you lose a ton of utility for higher damage, but it's a good, viable, and competitive option.

I really dont think this mythic is going to be the breaking point for ball groups. Ball groups are going to stomp and the only thing taking them out is going to be one good bomb build, or another organized group.
To say players are going to be farmed by organized groups is going to happen anyway, this mythic or not. It currently happens...

My point was that many of the voices who were calling for a restoration of this set generally do so within the general framework of "raising the floor" and "capping the ceiling."
This set certainly raises the floor with its absurd grab-bag of the game's best and heretofore rarest buffs but it also considerably raises the ceiling.
It's also likely problematic for cases such as Nightblade gankers who now get Major Courage, Major Force, Major Berserk, and a guaranteed Crit out of stealth along with constant Major Heroism for basically unlimited Incaps. Especially in a format like No-CP, that is an UNREAL amount of power.

Good thing they introduced a mythic called Sea-Serpents Coil. Which prevents you from getting ganked and also gives you major berserk and courage

Won't be good for WW, as pretty much aside from Major Courage & Protection - every other buff is overlapping with WW passives, but...
...You can basically have WW-like passives & buffs, but without being a WW. You also don't have (aside from 1 bar) any potentiate flaw & drawback that WW has.
And on top of that you can still use any ability you want.
