[Snip] to move the St Delyn Plaza Tribute NPCs

This corner of the St Delyn Plaza is the location for a long-standing event for the RP community, Telvanni Tea House, which has been running for years. It would be disruptive for the event runners and attendees to have to work around these NPCs being in the usual spot or having to move to a new spot. ZOS has generally been friendly towards the RP community, moving these NPCs to the St Olms Plaza would be much appreciated as a sign of respect for RPers.

From a RP perspective, do you own the plaza or is it an open space that others including NPC's can hang out at? 2 npc's come in to play a friendly game of Tribute and drink some tea you want to kick them out because they are "at your table"?

All jokes aside, I don't do RP, but perhaps explain that aspects of that area that are important to you and how the NPC's make that more difficult. Help me understand the issue because I can only imagine that any new NPC in any area might be placed in a spot that someone doesn't like. I'm looking directly at the pile of corpses that used to hang out in front of the Lleyawiin writ turnin location. In that case, it was a mechanical issue impeding easiest access to the boxes. What sort of RP can no longer be done with these NPC's in the plaza? Is there only the one table there to work with? Could ZOS add more tables to assist the tea patrons?
