I can log into ESO normally on both my desktop pc and my laptop pc and the game runs just fine, but when I try to log into the PTS, it tells me my computer(s) not authorized and sends me an email with a code. The problem is that the PTS is not displaying a pop-up to input the authorization code. It does this on both the desktop and the laptop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, made sure it wasn’t blocked by a firewall, made sure the necessary ports were open, ran the repair on the launcher, and have sent in a ticket.
