"Mine all Mine" - bugged, or just extreme bad luck?

Grouped up for the "Mine all Mine" quest in Deshaan. We had killed all bosses except the final one - then suddenly all four got phased out and back in, and the quest was reset to the beginning... Is this quest bugged, or did we just have extreme bad luck?

Casandra✭✭✭Seems to be bugged...... I was also in a group of 4... We killed all the bosses but a few of us did not get credit for 2 of the kills. And mind had an additional part of the quest to go through a locked door and retrieve bodies? We could not get through the door. ✭✭Actually managed to do the quest to completion with a group today.
One tip for those who keep getting slaughtered by the 'Hive Lord' boss -you can actually avoid him. Just go down the stairs to the right slightly before encountering him (where you meet a couple of Kwama Warriors), and you'll be in an open area with some Kwama and netch. You'll still have a couple of minor bosses to deal with, but for a well-composed group they should be a fairly straight fight.1 -
