For the record, the dyes and that chest piece is the best I could do. I only have like 3 chest pieces that don't cover the chest + arms 100%.

✭✭One of my favorite tricks with Argonian (and Khajiit) is you can pick out your base skin color, and the pattern that is overlaid on top of it... but override it with a body tattoo for some interesting results. It ends up stripping out the fur/scale patterns and leaves you with just the base color that really seems to pop with some looks.

However, I never play one, because their tails clip through their cosmetic and armour skin kilts made specifically by them, for them. I'm perfectly fine with their tails clipping through pants and shorts, but the devs could have made their tails not clip through kilts. It looks ridiculous.1 -
