BUG Focused Aim Bow Skill

For whatever reason I just respec'd and morphed Snipe into Focused Aim. I was messing around to see how it worked on some VR3 mobs. Well I can honestly say that out of the 15+ mobs I hit with it, only one took any damage. I'm running Tameriel Tactical Combat Add on and it didn't show any damage, also the mobs health didn't drop even a little and it didn't even aggro the mobs. Anyone else having this issue??

I've had the same problem with basic Snipe today. Animation goes through but no damage is done. Also had some problem with it not going off at all, I'd have to hit the button like 3 or 4 times to get it to start.

I am not 100% sure but I think that the mobs aggro range is smaller then that shots range.

You hit it and it resets... looks like no damage.
At the other hand... the Dmgmeter makes my assumption a little "weak".

Just checked it out again, it seems if you are too far out, it lets you use the skill but resets the mobs, thus no damage. If you are in closer, like normal spell range, I think it's like 28 meters, it works as intended. So basically if I see my other spells/skills light up on my hot bar, this skill works fine. However that is not how it is suppose to work. How about an answer there Zenna. Thanks.
