Not much change. Bahsei and Rele are still good, Whorl of Depths isn't far behind and requires less micromanagement. Pair any of these with Tzogvin, Advancing or Kinra. The Kilt is still good, and a couple of the new mythics are close.

Can use proc sets with charged to be supportive or have substain and the new CP perk gives you more penetration if there is more and more status effects on the target

Sea-Serpent's Coil is very good on Templar, or any dps build that has good self-healing. It's also good if you're in a group with a healer, but better if you have self-heals. It's basically the buff from Spell Power Cure and Kinra's, but as a 1-piece.

It's the best dungeon mythic I think, it'll virtually always proc and every DPS build in a dungeon should self-heal.

I really like kinra on the body with depths front bar.
kinra is significantly easier to maintain uptimes that way and you still get minor slayer with a strong proc set and medium + light armour sets allows you to balance your medium / light armour needs regarding pen etc
