Hello Zenimax,
It has risen my concerns even more that you do not even bother fixing this bug. It has been of existence since way back in beta when you first released your grouping system. Person A invites person B to group, no party leader is shown. It is tedious to have the need to disband your group and reform every time this happens.
Major things like this should have been fixed when the game has released.

Relog and other person in party will receive party leader, it will also show on party ui again. Then they can pass it back to you.0 -
