Problem swapping weapons after NA update

Hey Everyone, is anyone having an issue with weapon swapping since after the latest update?

    This would be ironic since I just answered someone else in another thread.

    Try checking your windows language settings. Shift-ctrl I think changes them if you have multiple enabled. Ie. english between french and then tilde(weapon swap) becomes a goofy accent.

    Hi, nope that's not the problem I'm having. The key bindings are all normal. There are no other languages. Weapon swapping just doesn't work. I just uninstalled the game and am reinstalling it.

    There's also a lot of lag now. Getting really frustrated.

    In addition to not being able to swap weapons my VR1 templar can't kill molag bal. Very frustrating. Already died 7 times.
