I am moving to a different country and because of that I would like to change my account region (otherwise I'm unable to use my credit card to pay for ESO+). I asked the support, but they first refused, and now my ticket is "under investigation" for more than a week (even though I offered to provide proofs that my account isn't stolen).
Can you help me, please?

I understand that a big part of this problem might be that I'm from Russia, but... Well, let's just say that some people with Russian passports actually have ties (familial etc) with other countries, some have spoken up against what's going on and simply cannot stay, etc. It might be stupid to still care about games in this situation, but ESO has been a part of my life for many years and I'd like to keep my account.
