Funniest encounter with bolt escape

So I'm just riding round on my horse when I see someone bolt escaping towards me and by the time I get off my horse he already went past me and out of range.
It was probably funny for him but not for me. Fix bolt escape please

I was in the PVP zone doing solo PVP so you know ... Yeah I wanted some combat. Even if he attacked me first I would have been knocked off my horse and still he could escape out of range.
I activated my charge ability when he came towards me and it took a moment to get off my horse but by that time he was out of range.
Sounds like it needs a fix

Couple it with Dark Exchange and it's ridiculous. It doesn't fit it with the movement options available in game.
