ZOS_JasonI✭✭✭✭Hi there, @boogerhead. To confirm, the launcher will not open at all? Have you tried running the game as an Administrator, and disabling your firewall/anti-virus software? Let us know if that helps.0 -
boogerheadSoul ShrivenThanks Jason, I'll try all that stuff again and let you know. To Clarify, the launcher will open, but when I press play it spins for a few seconds and doesn't open the game. THe play button then lights back up and I get to try again...and again...0 -

ZOS_JasonI✭✭✭✭No problem, @boogerhead. You can run a repair by clicking the "Game Options" setting above the news feed on the launcher, and click the "Repair" option. Let us know if that helped!0

scholar666✭✭✭Hi, I came across the OP's thread, while looking for a solution to my launcher problem. I am inserting a screenshot of it. @ Jason, I use a Mac, OSX Mavericks. The launcher is frozen ( I tried force-quitting, restarting the computer, re-opening the launcher, and it happened again). Thanks for your help.
