some of my friends tried to play during free play event, but atleast 3 attempts to create trial account failed.
We performed step-by-step instructions from https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/freeplay , receive configmation emails -- but all created accounts aren't trial and offer only to buy game.
Can be trial activated somehow? Or, may those accounts be removed to try again next time?
