Thank you, ZOS!!!

Seriously, that is one of my biggest gripes with the vampire rework, and one of the things that made being a vampire not feel like a vampire. That one little thing meant a lot, thankyou!

    Why when I feed on a player my stage does not increase?

    It would be too hard to stay at a stage you aimed for. You would constantly be stage 4.

    From a game design perspective, I think it's smart.

    From a more rp, lore perspective, it doesn't make sense. This is where game design and creative freedom trumps what would ultimately make it annoying to play with.

    Back in the pre-Greymoor days you could feed off other players. It healed us for a % of our max health every second, and with the appropriate passive could even stun them during the act.

    It stunned the vampire to as it locked them in an uncancellable animation, but the reason feed no longer works on players is since it uses the same logic as the Blade of Woe.

    Which does not even make sense given the higher your stage the less you heal, Blood is clearly bad for you so why should it heal you?

    A nice change, but I still do miss being able to feed on players or at least having a pvp use.
    That one khajiit obsessed with werewolf behemoth and vampire lord. Lady Thorn is bae, dont @ me.
    Werewolf behemoth=vampire lord>blood scion>werewolf>vampire.

    Correct, but ZOS has enjoyed putting blood effects in it.

    Also I don't accept ZOS's retcon of changing how blood effects your stage would mean that it wouldn't heal you. If anything it should further force you to rely and drink more and more as you lose your humanity. This change plays on that.

    I hope never because technically it's getting reversed back.

    Also you can't use Feed on an NPC who's engaged in combat.

    Like wouldnt suprise me if zeni came some patch later saying we remove heal on feed for they felt it was to strong or something

    I use darloc brae so I don't need this because I am stealthed to Feed anyway so darloc heals me

    So far it only looks like buffs, but one of the buffs was to a "nerf" last patch.

    Basically Blood Frenzy will get it's max strength up 50% faster and cost less health overall. I really like the current iteration due to ease of use so having it cost even less and ramp up faster is indeed nice.

    Then there's the buff to Drain where it can't get reflected anymore. It was hilarious, and also painfully stupid, to accidentally get Drain on that one Netch boss reflected and it healed for 25% of it's max health 4 times... yeah that was really freaking stupid. Glad that effect is gone and it'll only effect you.
