Trifecta Trial Mount for DSR

Hey I'm curious as to why this mount was chosen? Can someone confirm for me if this is the trifecta mount?

it just looks like a reskin of the flame atronach mount with some sea barnacles on it. It's sad to see we are not getting a skin again as that was a highly sought after collectable for many trials for years up until kynes' crown store situation. Maybe it'd be worth creating something a tad more, special. The sunspire one was alright, the Rockgrove one I think was a step up, but this one almost seems like a step down. Maybe there's some visual flare that's missing? like sea waves radiating off it? Hard to say but if possible I think adding it would be a massive quality improvement.

Does it even have summoning animations?

For the hardest mounts to obtain they sure as hell are not very "Radient" they are apex quality at best, only the Sunfire Senche Lion I would consider "Radient" but the Rockgrove mount and this..nope.

I love how an image I sent to a friend somehow got here. Had a good laugh. But yeah, the mount looks.... not really great. I fully believe that this is the worst mount I've seen added to this game. Would have been cool if they had that pulsing water effect like the final boss has. Looks too daedric for a possibly aedric entity

It makes a whirl in a color of its body patches when summoned. Constantly emits a sound of ice screeching and wind even if not moving. Stand-jump also emits a whirl centered on a player and makes mount emit a glowy trail and emit bubbling sounds when sprinting. When trail effect ends, there is a poof effect. My initial thought it might walk on water but no, just a visual thing.

Most of the endgame rewards lately have been really lazy. They give us face markings for hard mode completes...

Face. Markings.

No one wants face markings in the game to begin with, and no one wants reskinned crown store items as the highest tier of rewards for the most difficult content in the game. It just feels like the people deciding these things are so removed and out of touch from it's already miniscule endgame player base.

I was hoping it would have more to do with well... storms. or ocean surges. for it to turn out to just be a reskin of the coldfire wolf that was awesome when it was made.... how many years ago? .....

and dont even get me started on this idiotic trend of giving face markings people never use for rewards for top level achievements instead of skins. Then again, skins dont make zos money if they are not in crown crates.

God.... I forgot about the face and body markings. yeesh..... I miss the days of good ol' Dragon Bones and Wolfhunter with it's awesome skin and personality rewards. Now it's just markings that don't even layer on top of the skins, mementos no one uses, and a clay atronach mount.
