CP 2.0 - Why no boost to 'Craft' tree?

Combat and survival are important, by all means.

Does not change the fact that those who genuinely do enjoy sightseeing, harvesting and other shenanigans would like to get more from... anything else than combat.

    Does having most of it converted to passives so we're not swapping CP endlessly while doing stuff in the world count?

    I would have liked more options too. I only occasionally need fishing CP (briefly when a new zone comes out) and I've got everything else I could think of taken including all the thief ones. I'm at CP2100 with not much desire to go higher since inspiration is useless at this point and I don't really care about soul gem use lol...as if that was ever an issue.

    Are you under the impression that the non-craft trees were buffed on PTS? The damage tree was nerfed, and nerfed hard.

    I would actually like them to do away with wayshrine costs entirely, that's a lot of unnecessary calculations for no actually good reason. Let us travel for free to wayshrines we've discovered.

    I haven't checked my farming data recently, but as far as I know, ZOS never fixed Plentiful Harvest's doubling chance on nodes. I'd like to get the 50% chance I spent CP for, not the 40% or so I've been getting.

    Honestly I just want the ability to "unlock" one slotable to convert it to a passive. Even if charged 200 CP for one skill in crafting it would be well worth it IMO.

    Zos doesn't even have to increase the amount of CP you can earn as there are many slottables I will never use on certain characters, but at least give us this option.

    As it sits now I have a ton of useless CP points on many of my alts that just sit there collecting dust.

    Craft tree is such a poor design. Nearly every one of those should be passives since the really don't impact things other than QOL. Why do we have to slot for farming or mount rides. How is that something they are worried about being OP? God forbid you farm a little faster or are on a mount that is a little faster or run to the next quest a little faster. Makes no sense.

    Nearly that whole tree should be passives. Perhaps the thieving stuff could be slots. Perhaps gold and getting bonus mats. But the rest really make sense to be passives.

    Honestly, at this point, yes. It used to be a good reason to be in a guild, so you had friends to use for a free teleport to a wayshrine, and it was two teleports vs. spending money to skip a load screen. Then they added houses. Get one close to a wayshrine, and you didn't have to worry about other players. Now you can teleport to the outside of houses, and you're better off than having traveled directly to a wayshrine most of the time anyway.

    Even if we're talking about the gold sink that it's supposed to provide, it's nothing more than an annoyance to richer players and a pain to poorer players. It's negligible compared to other gold sinks in the game, and it widens the gap between new players and entrenched players.

    There's no other reason that I can see to having direct wayshrine ports cost money at this point.
