This *** have x2 damage of squish and x10 survivability, 90% of bg presence is dk and 60% of world pvp and 60% of 1v1 roamers are dk. This class needs tuned down its numbers at least twice its EASY can tank 5 ppl and kill em one by one.
And honorable mention, part of the problem is that u can make heavy wretched vitality set, make it light and medium only ffs, its hilariously that people in heavy have same sustain or more compare to light and medium...

They don't typically announce nerfs. This patch isn't even to consoles yet so you have like 2 months before a new patch hits PTS.

And you are exaggerating a bit. DKs might be the strongest right now but it's not that bad. And I'm not sure many are even using Wretched vitality. Don't really need it.

I think best tankiness and durability actually goes to Necromancers. DKs are just better melee range brawlers who are built to be on the front line, survive it, and be able to deal damage. Their whole class kit is built around melee, they don't have many ranged options and rely on gap closers and speed to catch elusive foes, and most of their damage can be purged.

If you take away the Plaguebreak set I can guarantee you the DK class wouldn't be nearly as compelling to use. Once people can start purging all willy nilly again the DoT focused class is going to be at a massive disadvantage.... again.

Necros edge them out of mitigation but absurd heals go to DKs.

    Yeah, some strong stuff.

Seeing DK, Temp & now seeing more Necro. I think is to help counter the other two with mitigation.

With the hybrid changes, healing/sustain classes taking the cake. Well, DK is also because of all the DK buffs. TBH, the ease of stacks for whip needs to drop or damage lowered. My MagNB has a charge up skill that procs high, but I need to hit 5 LA. I need to HIT 5 LA, fun in PVP with dodgerolls. DK just hits FoO with no enemies around 3 times for its stacks & hit an undodgable cc of fossilise to whack it. Or leap into a group & whip, easy pre charged double ult damage.

Dare say Temp & DK also fair so well hybrid with all damage off highest max stat & they are the only two classes with easy minors for damage.

I see a DK, Temp as ranged MagNB & if I almost kill them, I have to class that as a win. If a DK or Temp have 1hp after burst & can hit a heal, that's it really. This is all the while I spend most of the fight on the back foot regaining some resources or control as their pressure doesn't stop & they heal so easily from mine. I see a DK & Templar without 500 ult on balorg, usually just run. I wont havr the pressure or burst to take them as if its not one hit, they wont die. Man, my range magnb really struggles since forever in pvp haha.

Funny, with hybrid "play how you want", various pvp builds & styles are even less viable. At least for what I was able to previously do & be competitive against meta.
