No no no, they aren't aware of login problems. They are aware of "on-going issues". You know, the ones that always affect "some" (all) players. Constant corporate speak from ZOS employees and if we actually get an apology, it is when it affects NA. Not EU. Nope. NA.6 -

Its a shame that they cant just shut "some" of the server down and perform "some" maintenance xD1 -

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. But it was total amateur hour launching that massive update during events.
And got kicked out while in queue to log in again
Please give ESO+ players an fasttrack if nothing else.Grinding just make you go in circles.

If you're using Lazy Writ Crafter's autoloot option, you need to update the addon. In the most recent version, this problem is fixed.1 -

Just checked on multiple toons - the bug happens if the giftbox has transmute crystals in it. Even when updated.1 -

But that was after the implementation of sharding on NA, not EU a couple weeks later.
Unless the one-off hardware part failure miraculously reoccurred somehow *just* at the same stage post-sharding implementation on EU too.3
