Transferring Imperial Mount

Is it possible to give our imperial mount from the character that originally claimed it to an alt? If so, how do we go about doing that?

You can buy it for 1 gold on all your characters

Just go to stables and buy it again on the alt.

I think he's wanting to transfer an Imperial Mount that he's fed for some time so that the alt benefits from the extra bag space. I don't know of a way to do that.
