Same issue, similar to launcher issues I had after a previous patch. The launcher is, quite simply, horrible. Have tried running the game .exe file, no luck there either.

Nope.

Based on the "did you plug it in etc" principle (in other words...no real clue if any of this will help you - but it's worth a shot and will narrow things down when tech support gets here.

If you've already done all of this - my apologies but verify for tech support.

- check video AND audio drivers to see if there is a more recent version (optionally: you can also check Beta Drivers. I see you have a nvidia card - the most recent beta drivers for the 550ti were released on April 7th.

- ensure that you are running the launcher in Admin mode (right click -> run as admin is the easiest way)

- if applicable - check your port forwarding (depending on what kind of network you are on. ex. College or otherwise shared) - if the launcher can't verify itself itself against the server it sometimes causes issues

- in the same vein - check any software firewall you may be running to make sure the launcher isn't getting caught up

- Tag the mods so they can look into this further and elevate as needed. Include any ticket numbers you already have submitted with Customer Service.

I don't believe this, but I just tried running the game with game booster and out of nowhere, IT ACTUALLY WORKED!

I was just fooling around, too.
Though I'll see if this problem comes up again if i run it the second time.
