Launcher is not launching the game.

I have not had a problem launching the game before. However now when I click "PLAY" on the launcher the cursor will spin, and after a second the "PLAY" button goes back to its blueish highlight and the game does not boot. My nvidia GPU activity icon in my system tray changes as if there is a program running for a half a second and then goes back to normal. I have run the repair tool with no effect, I have rebooted my system with no effect, I have even tried launching from the executable in the client folder with no effect. This is the NA client.

Divayith✭✭ok found the solution in another thread, its apparently my webroot software. disabled webroot and the game loads up fine.0
