if you saved the install_ESO.exe from the first time you downloaded it.

yeah i did a complete uninstall so i have nothing left

Log into your game account and there's a Download Client link in the game info on the right-hand side.

That will get you the installer to run.

Do you happen to have a friend with the game? Or even better a spouse/sibling/someone in the same house/apartment/on the same dorm floor (sorry - don't know your situation).

If so - see if THEY have the launcher install file still. You can just transfer the file with a usb stick and start the install.

In the meantime - do a windows search (assuming windows) for the launcher file and see if it's still lurking in a downloads folder somewhere.

I keep both the launcher AND a complete copy of the game backed up on an external.

yeah i thought about that and the last thing i want is something nasty as well so i think i'll just wait for the accounts to finish getting done with the maintenance that way i know for a fact that its clean lol. Thanks everyone for yalls feed back!
