Was bitten by bloodfiend, contracted Vampirism, and have not received the quest...

Anyone else have this issue? I just received vampirism, but cannot continue with this skill line because the quest was not given to me. I even went to the nearest wayshrine to check if the NPC is supposed to find me and offer the quest.

I would very much like to play as a vampire, and cannot do so. Hopefully the ticket I submitted reaches a competent employee.

Uh...you didn't include faction, so if for example you are an AD...after being bitten you would run to Rawl'kha and there is a vampire standing (well leaning nonchalantly and arrogantly when I saw him) on the outskirts of town as you run across the bridge. You get the quest from him.

I know a lot of guides say you get it automatically. You don't.

Edit Note: I did have to run out to the outskirts of town to find him. He's NOT anywhere near the wayshrine in the Rawl'kha's case.

    Sorry, AD.

And, thank you! I found him.

Yes, some guides said you get the quest right away, and other guides said that you must run to nearest wayshrine. Which for me was Dune.

    Thanks again :)

Heh - there is so much confusion over the silly thing.

The WW quest given (when bitten by an npc) is by the wayshrine in Rawl'kha. The Vamp is in Rawl'kha on the outskirts of town.

When bit by a player - you pick up the quest from a scroll on the shrine that appears after you get bit - you will NEVER find the npcs.

You have no idea how many guildies and random people in zone I've had to direct.

Also apparently confusing is finding the prelate to cure. Everyone says "in the mages guild" - no one includes the fact that there are buildings to the right of where the icon on the map in Rawl'kha are ALSO mages guild and he's in there.
