I can´t play

Hi, since last patch I put my code, and then after that I logged but then in the character´s screen the game freezes and I can´t do anything (choose any character or play). Please help me and fix this.

Have you repaired your game via the loader? I assume you have restarted your PC since the update.

I repaired 5 times and reinstalled the game 2 times. And I updated the Minion and the graphic drivers.

Turn off all your addons for starters. They may or may not be the issue and some may not be updated. Zenimax does not work with addons so they need to be ruled out.

If that does not work submit a ticket for tech support help assuming your PC is within specs for the game.

@ZOS_Bill or some of the other Zenimax people may have other suggestions.

As there are multiple threads already open regarding login and loading issues, we are going to close this thread.

For anyone still experiencing issues with logging in or loading into the game, please try disabling add-ons as outdated ones could be preventing you from logging into ESO. Some players may also need to run a repair through the launcher or go through a reinstall of ESO if the prior steps do not help.
