IMO the big issue right now in pvp is healing. It's too strong and the classes with the best healing and mitigation are able to sustain through massive damage from multiple sources unless you blink them in a second.
DKs, templars and necros are benefiting the most from heals that are too strong and the ridiculous sources of mitigation available to them. Two simple changes to Battle Spirit would fix this without affecting PVE.
