So this started happening on Saturday in cyrodiil and only happens when i am playing the Nightblade character it isn't a connection issue because as i said i can play my other characters without any issue.

Sometimes it will happen within minutes of me logging on and happen regular or will go for hours then happen randomly, I haven't been able to replicate it in PVE yet. Anyone got any idea what it could be? i haven't changed anything or installed anything recently.
